How do I take care of my jewelry?

Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Gently polish with the provided polishing cloth to maintain its shine. Store in a dry place when not wearing.
Sterling Silver
Silver may naturally oxidize over time. Use the provided polishing cloth to gently clean and restore its shine. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals, and moisture.
Natural Pearl
Pearls are delicate and should be kept away from perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing and store separately to protect their natural luster.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness!

I love the snake cuff bracelet, it’s just stunning as it shows on the website. The design is modern and unique , I can tell it’s well crafted . Even though it’s not solid 18k gold, but it looks sooo pretty and luxurious, and it’s also good to stack with my other gold bracelets. I have had a lot of compliments . 🥰The last but not the least, the package for my bracket is stunning ,it also contains a cleaning cloth, a small booklet and even a carry bag which is very thoughtful:)
