Warranty FAQ
How long is the Belvria warranty?
Belvria jewelry is covered by a 2-Year Warranty from the original purchase date, subject to the warranty terms.
Does the warranty cover gold vermeil fading?
Natural wear or gradual changes to gold vermeil are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not generally covered by the warranty.
If you believe the finish has developed an unusual issue related to manufacturing, please contact Customer Care and we’ll review it individually.
Does the warranty cover lost stones?
If a stone becomes loose or falls out due to a confirmed manufacturing or setting defect, it may be eligible for warranty coverage.
Stone loss caused by impact, accidental damage, improper wear, or external force is not covered.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes. Please provide your Belvria order number or another valid proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
What happens if my jewelry is outside the warranty period?
Please contact us.
Even when your piece is outside the warranty period, our Customer Care team may still be able to advise on repair or aftercare options, depending on the design and availability.
