MEASURE YOUR WRIST
Follow these simple steps to measure your wrist at home.

Step 2 — Wrap Around Your Wrist
Wrap the strip around the part of your wrist where you would normally wear your bracelet.

Step 3 — Mark the Meeting Point
Mark the point where the two ends meet while keeping the strip flat and naturally positioned around your wrist.
Step 4 — Measure Your Wrist
Lay the strip flat and measure from the end to the marked point in millimeters or centimeters.
This measurement is your wrist circumference.
